USERING THE UNIT
Description

Preparation
▷ Place the power supply cord so that no one will trip over it.
▷ Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces.
Use
1. Press the ON/OFF button (3) to turn on the unit.
2. Also use the ON/OFF button (3) to set the desired temperature. The LED display (2) shows the selected temperature level. Then wait a few seconds for the unit to reach the selected temperature.
3. When the styling iron has reached the desired temperature, you
can begin styling.
4. Use your styling iron only on clean, dry hair.
5. After styling, turn off the styling iron and unplug the power cord.
6. After use, slide the supplied heat-resistant silicone plate protector (6) onto the plates.
▷ Avoid touching the styling iron outside the silicone area to the finger rest (1), as the housing around the heating plates will become hot.
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE, STORAGE
▷ Before maintenance, turn off and unplug the appliance.
▷ Clean only when cooled!
Cleaning the appliance
- Clean your styling iron with a damp or soft cloth.
- Allow the styling iron to dry completely before using it again.
- Do not use harsh cleaners, abrasives, solvents or detergents.
Storage
▷ Do not wrap the power cord around the case as this may cause damage to the power cord.
- After the styling iron has cooled, fold the power cord exactly as it was originally folded in the package.
- Always store the styling iron in a cool and dry place.

8. Do not drop or insert objects into any opening or tube.
9. Do not use outdoors or in places where aerosol products (sprays) are used or where oxygen is administered. Do not allow to come in contact with chemicals or hair dye.
10. The unit becomes hot during use. Do not allow the hot surfaces to come in contact with eyes or skin.
11. Do not place the hot unit directly on surfaces while hot or plugged in.
12. Do not block the air openings of the unit or place on soft surfaces such as beds or couches that may cause the air openings to become covered. Keep the air openings free of dust and other debris.
13. Do not touch the hot surfaces of the unit.
14. Do not attempt to touch the body of the unit near the cylinder due to heat generation during use. We recommend the use of protective gloves to protect against accidental burns if your hand touches the heated plate.
15. Do not use with a voltage transformer.
16. Do not use an extension cord with this unit.
17. This unit is for household use only.
18. Use caution when using the unit at maximum temperature.

USER MAINTENANCE
1. To preserve product life and remove dirt, wipe the unit with a soft dry cloth while it is unplugged.
2. Always turn it off if not in use.
3. Allow to cool before cleaning or storing.
4. Wipe the unit case with a soft dry cloth.
5. Store the entire unit including power plug in a dry place when not in use. Keep out of reach of children.
6. Provide appropriate light when using the device or when laying the cable to prevent tripping over the device.
