Ball bearing flat-head screw system allows precise adjustment, longer life and silky smooth action. Removable finger rest.
Effiliation scissors 23T: soft-cut teeth meeting at the same angle, ideal for particularly regulated and controlled softening at the roots and tips without pulling and tangling.
